TSY In House Training #651: TL 9000 Internal Auditing Workshop Release 6.3

The Quality Internal audits are required in TL9000 through the clause 9.2. The intent of this process is to ensure the organization's knowledge of itself and how it is performing to its requirements.

This process is charged to the internal auditor.

Clause 9.2.1 The organization shall conduct internal audits at planned intervals to provide information on whether the quality management system:

a) conforms to:

1) the organization’s own requirements for its quality management system;

2) the requirements of this International Standard;

b) is effectively implemented and maintained
