Clear understanding of the operating principles coupled with the ability to conform to all the essential requirements will lay a strong foundation to build and sustain the ISO Quality Management System (QMS). One of the core underlying principles in ISO QMS is Process Approach. Therefore, Turtle Diagram is an appropriate tool to map out business processes, identifying relevant process parameters, as well as their interdependencies, and creates transparency among those involved in any particular process. As a result, Turtle Diagram is recognized as a practical and insightful tool for implementing process-oriented approach, and serve as a source of evidence during QMS audit.
