The course content & concepts are explained using every day analogies and real world examples. The learner will get hands-on experience and step-by-step real-life examples in a workshop environment.

Target audience for this course are cross functional operations team consist of Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality staffs i.e., Quality System Engineers, Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, Product Engineers, QMS Internal Auditors and Production Executives.
Prerequisite: Participants are required to bring laptop for simulations and exercises using Excel Spreadsheet.
